Refund Policy · 환불 정책

Elite English AU accepts refund requests within 14 days of purchase — request one at /refund or via paddle.net. 구매 후 14일 이내 환불 요청을 받으며, /refund 또는 paddle.net에서 접수할 수 있습니다.

1. Refund Policy 구매 후 14일 무조건 환불

  • 결제일로부터 14일(달력 기준) 이내에 환불을 요청하시면 결제 금액 전액을 환불해 드립니다.
  • You do not need to give a detailed reason — if the program is not what you expected, just request a refund within the window. 사유를 상세히 설명하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 프로그램이 기대와 다르다면 기간 내에 요청해 주세요.
  • 14일이 지난 요청은 자동 환불 대상은 아니지만, 서비스 장애·중복 결제 등은 개별 검토 후 처리해 드립니다.

2. Refund request methods 환불 요청 방법

  • Submit a request on our refund page (/refund) with your order number (RP-XXXXXXXX) and the email used for payment. 사이트의 환불 요청 페이지(/refund)에서 주문번호(RP-XXXXXXXX)와 결제 이메일을 입력해 접수합니다.
  • 또는 support@roopath.com 으로 주문번호와 함께 요청해 주세요.
  • 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle에 직접 요청하실 수도 있습니다. 결제 확인 메일의 주문번호를 가지고 https://paddle.net 에서 환불을 요청하면 Paddle이 처리해 드립니다.
  • As soon as a request is received, we email a confirmation together with a refund confirmation PDF. 접수 즉시 환불 접수 확인 메일과 환불 처리 확인서 PDF가 발송됩니다.

3. Processing time and method 처리 기간과 방법

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your card issuer or bank. 환불은 원 결제 수단으로 환급되며, 승인 후 카드사·은행 사정에 따라 통상 5~10 영업일이 소요됩니다.
  • Once approved, Paddle (our Merchant of Record) issues the refund and we send a completion email with a confirmation PDF. 환불이 승인되면 판매 대행사 Paddle이 환급을 실행하고, 당사는 환불 완료 메일과 확인서 PDF를 보내드립니다.
  • Once a refund is finalised, the study-room access code issued for that payment is deactivated immediately. 환불이 확정되면 해당 결제로 발급된 스터디룸 입장 코드는 즉시 비활성화됩니다.

4. Exceptions and adjustments 예외 및 조정

  • Refunds may be limited where we identify a breach of these terms, such as bulk downloading and redistributing the content. 콘텐츠를 대량으로 내려받아 재배포하는 등 약관 위반이 확인된 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.
  • All learning content is delivered inside the app and is available from day one; the course is not distributed as downloadable offline files. This does not limit study access or your refund rights in any way. 모든 학습 콘텐츠는 첫날부터 앱 안에서 100% 이용할 수 있으며, 강의 자료를 파일로 내려받는 오프라인 배포는 제공하지 않습니다. 학습 이용과 환불 권리에는 어떠한 제한도 없습니다.
  • Where a previous refund is detected from the same buyer account or the same device, the new request is reviewed manually instead of being auto-approved. 동일 구매자 계정 또는 동일 기기에서 이전 환불 이력이 확인되는 경우, 새 요청은 자동 승인 대신 운영자 검토를 거칩니다.
  • For upgrade payments, the refund amount is calculated on the upgrade difference actually charged. 업그레이드 결제 건은 업그레이드 차액을 기준으로 환불액이 산정됩니다.
  • Access granted through a free trial or promotional code involves no payment and is therefore not refundable. 무료 체험·프로모션 코드로 발급된 이용 권한은 결제가 없으므로 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
  • Where the same buyer has already received a refund on a previous order, the new request is reviewed manually (usually within 1–2 business days) instead of being auto-approved; the refund guarantee itself still applies. 동일 구매자가 이전 주문에서 이미 환불을 받은 경우, 새 요청은 자동 승인 대신 운영자 검토(통상 1~2 영업일)를 거칩니다. 환불 보장 자체는 동일하게 적용됩니다.
  • Device matching can occasionally flag a shared or family device by mistake. If you believe the manual review was triggered in error, reply to the confirmation email or contact support@roopath.com and we re-review immediately — the 14-day guarantee is never reduced by this check. 기기 대조는 가족·공용 기기에서 드물게 오탐이 날 수 있습니다. 검토 사유에 이의가 있으시면 접수 확인 메일에 회신하거나 support@roopath.com 으로 알려 주시면 즉시 재검토하며, 이 확인 절차로 14일 환불 보장이 줄어드는 일은 없습니다.

5. Alternatives to a refund 환불 대신 선택할 수 있는 대안 (선택 사항)

  • These options are entirely optional and never a condition of getting a refund. 아래 대안은 전적으로 선택 사항이며, 환불의 조건이 아닙니다. 원하시면 언제든 그대로 환불을 진행하실 수 있습니다.
  • Free validity extension: if the schedule did not work out, we extend your access code (4-week plan: +4 weeks, 8-week: +6 weeks, 12-week: +8 weeks) at no cost. 유효기간 무료 연장: 일정이 맞지 않았다면 입장 코드 기간을 무료로 연장해 드립니다(4주 +4주, 8주 +6주, 12주 +8주).
  • One extra 1:1 progress check-in, free of charge. 1:1 밀착 점검 1회 무료 추가.
  • Full credit transfer to a higher plan — the amount already paid is applied in full. 상위 플랜으로의 전액 크레딧 전환 — 이미 결제한 금액이 전액 인정됩니다.
  • Requests are applied within 1 business day and confirmed by email. 신청 후 영업일 기준 1일 이내에 적용하고 메일로 확인해 드립니다.

6. Consumer rights 소비자 권리

  • 본 정책은 Elite English AU가 자발적으로 제공하는 14일 환불 보장이며, 거주 국가의 소비자 보호법상 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
  • Mandatory rules such as the Korean E-Commerce Act, the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive take precedence. 대한민국 전자상거래법, 호주 소비자법(ACL), EU 소비자 권리 지침 등 강행 규정이 우선 적용됩니다.

💸 환불 예상 금액 · Estimated refund

결제 후 14일 이내 요청이면 결제하신 금액 전액이 환불됩니다. 아래 금액은 현재 접속 국가 통화(KRW) 기준 안내이며, 실제 환급은 결제 당시 통화·금액 그대로 Paddle(판매 대행사)이 실행합니다.

자동 환불 대상은 아니며, 금액은 사안별로 산정해 메일로 안내드려요. 정해진 비율은 없어요.

계산 방식

  1. 기준 금액 = 실제 청구된 금액. 쿠폰·완주 할인·Month 1 생략 할인은 이미 청구 금액에 반영돼 있어 다시 차감하지 않습니다.
  2. 수강권은 1인 1좌석 상품이라, 수량이 늘어난 결제라도 1좌석 정가를 넘는 초과 청구분은 전액 환불 대상입니다.
  3. 14일 이내 요청 = 청구액 × 100%. 이후 요청은 자동 환불 대상은 아니지만 서비스 장애·중복 결제 등은 개별 검토해 드리며, 환불액이 청구액을 넘지 않도록 상한을 둡니다.
  4. 환급 통화 = 결제 통화. 환율 변동·카드사 수수료로 입금액이 소폭 달라질 수 있어 화면 금액은 참고용입니다.
