These are the Terms and Conditions that apply when you buy and use Elite English AU study plans. Please read them before paying. Elite English AU 스터디 플랜을 구매하고 이용할 때 적용되는 약관입니다.

1. Seller legal business name · 약관 동의(Acceptance of Terms)

  • Seller legal business name: Elite English AU. 본 서비스는 호주(Australia)에 소재한 사업자 Elite English AU(이하 "당사")가 제공하는 온라인 영어 학습 프로그램입니다.
  • By purchasing, creating access, or continuing to use the service, you accept these Terms of Service / Terms and Conditions. 서비스를 구매하거나 계속 이용하면 본 이용약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
  • 이용자는 Elite English AU와 서비스 이용 계약을 체결하며, 결제·세금·환불 처리에는 아래 Paddle 판매 대행 조건이 함께 적용됩니다.

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. (주문 처리는 온라인 리셀러 Paddle.com이 수행하며, Paddle.com이 모든 주문의 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 고객 문의와 반품·환불을 담당합니다.)

2. Services provided · 제공 서비스

  • We provide 4-week Starter, 8-week Intermediate and 12-week Advanced (IELTS/PTE) study plans plus access to the online study room. 기초 4주 · 중급 8주 · 고급(IELTS·PTE) 12주 스터디 플랜과 온라인 스터디룸 접근 권한을 제공합니다.
  • Once payment is complete, an access code is emailed to you and stays valid for the plan period plus a grace period. 결제 완료 시 이메일로 입장 코드가 발급되며, 코드는 플랜 기간 + 유예 기간 동안 유효합니다.
  • A set number of 1:1 progress check-ins is included (Korea: KakaoTalk chat/voice; all other regions: written email review). 정해진 횟수의 1:1 밀착 점검(한국: 카톡/보톡, 그 외 지역: 이메일 서면 점검)이 포함됩니다.
  • We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or exam score. 당사는 학습 성과나 특정 시험 점수를 보장하지 않습니다.

3. Licence and prohibited use · 라이선스와 금지 행위

  • Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal study only. 구매자는 개인 학습 목적의 비독점·양도 불가 라이선스를 부여받습니다.
  • Copying, redistributing, reselling, publicly posting, teaching from, or sharing the content, PDFs, audio, accounts or access codes is prohibited. 콘텐츠·PDF·오디오의 복제, 재배포, 재판매, 공개 게시, 2차 강의 활용, 계정·입장 코드 공유는 금지됩니다.
  • Reverse engineering, automated crawling, bulk downloading and any attempt to bypass security are prohibited. 서비스에 대한 역설계, 자동 크롤링, 대량 다운로드, 보안 우회 시도는 금지됩니다.
  • All intellectual property remains ours; a purchase does not transfer ownership. 모든 지식재산권은 당사에 귀속되며, 구매는 소유권 이전이 아닙니다.

4. Termination rights · 이용 정지 및 해지

  • We may deactivate an access code and terminate the agreement without prior notice if we identify a breach of these terms, security circumvention, unauthorised content sharing, payment fraud or refund abuse. 당사는 약관 위반, 보안 우회, 콘텐츠 무단 공유, 결제 사기 또는 환불 남용이 확인되면 사전 통지 없이 입장 코드를 비활성화하고 이용 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
  • The same action applies to fraudulent payments, refund abuse or payments made under another person's name. 부정 결제·환불 남용·타인 명의 결제가 확인된 경우에도 동일하게 조치합니다.
  • You may stop using the service at any time; cancellations and refunds are handled under this refund policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms. 이용자는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 결제 취소나 환불은 본 환불 정책 및 Paddle Buyer Terms에 따라 처리됩니다.
  • 약관 위반이 아닌 사유의 해지는 환불 정책(구매 후 14일)에 따릅니다.

5. Payment, subscription and upgrade terms · 결제 조건

  • All study plans are one-time purchases and are not auto-renewing subscriptions. 모든 플랜은 1회 결제 상품이며 자동 갱신되는 정기 결제가 아닙니다.
  • Listed prices are in Korean won (KRW); for overseas cards Paddle converts to your local currency, and VAT or sales tax is calculated and charged by Paddle based on your country of residence. 표시 가격은 대한민국 원(KRW) 기준이며, 해외 카드 결제 시 Paddle이 현지 통화로 환산합니다. 부가세·판매세는 거주 국가 기준으로 Paddle이 계산해 부과합니다.
  • When you upgrade to a higher plan, the amount already paid is credited against the new price; downgrades to a lower plan are not offered. 상위 플랜으로 업그레이드하면 기존 결제 금액이 크레딧으로 차감되며, 하위 플랜으로의 다운그레이드는 제공되지 않습니다.
  • Failed payments, cancellations, refunds, tax calculation and receipts are handled through Paddle's payment infrastructure and our purchase confirmation emails. 결제 실패, 취소, 환불, 세금계산 및 영수증 발급은 Paddle의 결제 인프라와 당사의 구매 확인 이메일 흐름을 통해 안내됩니다.

6. Service level disclaimer, limitation of liability · 책임의 한계

  • No specific uptime, score improvement, visa, job, school admission, or exam result is guaranteed. 별도 SLA나 특정 점수·입학·취업 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.
  • The service is provided "as is", and our total liability will not exceed the amount that buyer actually paid. 서비스는 '있는 그대로' 제공되며, 당사의 총 배상 책임은 해당 구매자가 실제로 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network outages or payment-provider failures. 천재지변, 통신 장애, 결제사 장애 등 당사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 지연에는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and do not affect mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 본 약관은 호주 뉴사우스웨일스주 법을 준거법으로 하며, 이용자 거주 국가(대한민국 등)의 소비자 보호 강행 규정과 호주 소비자법(ACL)상 권리를 침해하지 않습니다.
